在这个科系,基本来说是念关于健康的,就大概念如何保持身体的健康啊。运动,饮食,生活习惯等,这些东西都会在这个科系念到。
这个课程是3个学分。每个星期会有三个小时的上课;其中包括了两个小时的课堂讲解,一个小时室外活动,即line dancing (Poco-Poco)。

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
Describe and discuss the healthy lifestyle. Describe and discuss the benefits of daily exercises. Describe and discuss the benefits of relaxation practice. Describe and discuss the benefits of Poco Poco dance, line dancing and Tai Chi exercises. Describe and discuss stress management and sleep management. Describe and discuss healthy and unhealthy foods. Describe and discuss the danger and risk factors of smoking and drinking alcohol in excess and unhealthy practices. Describe and discuss health care and preventive measures. Describe and discuss the safe sex. Describe and discuss how to create a happy family life. Describe and discuss the genetic factors causing obesity, how to prevent and its risk factors and treatment. Describe and discuss healthy aging measures.
对我而言,这个副修科是一个即有趣,且可以学习很多健康知识的课程。上了这个课程大概一个月,我学到了什么?在这里就简约地说一说。其中包括了Free Hand Exercise。医师还亲自示范和指导呢。不但止那样,医师还教导和陪同我们一起跳line dancing。在这个星期的课程,医师还会指导我们一些沟通上和社交的礼仪(Effective Communication & Social Dealing),其中就包括了餐桌礼仪。
哈哈。一言难尽,一时也不懂如何解释这个课程是多么的有趣。医师说过,这个课程,他要我们是无压力之下去上课,而且从中学习健康之道。 健康人生...谁也不能忽视。
